As the Master Carpenter on this production, I was responsible for managing the shop floor and overall build process to meet our targeted deadlines. It required a mixture of creative problem solving when issues arrived, as well as good time management skills to stay on schedule. Below are pictures of the process and the end product. Our average build cycles start two months before show opening.
